Exchange or refund shall be done according to the following conditions:

• Item can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days from date of purchase
• Item is NOT washed
• Item is NOT worn
• Original tags and labels are still attached
• Item must be returned in its original package
• No shipping fees for wrong/defective item
• Refund will be through bank transfer
• Bank transfer fees will be deducted for not wrong/defective item
• NO exchange/refund if it is not done within the 14 days
